• Total Capacity: 40 guests (20 indoors / 20 outdoors).
• Indoor Space: A large room with an open-concept kitchen and a spectacular 180° view of Toad Lake.
• Outdoor Space: A covered porch that opens onto a large, private lawn directly on the waterfront—ideal for garden-style events or outdoor activities like yoga sessions.

Catering & Kitchen Use:

• Self-Catered: The kitchen is fully available for your own meal preparation and service.
• Catered: Full catering services can be coordinated through the resort.

Multi-Purpose “Flex” Rooms
Included with your rental are two adaptable rooms. These can be used as group meeting areas, private offices for event organizers, secure storage, or small bedrooms for rest and overnight stays when needed.

Important Note: To maintain the resort’s atmosphere, this location is strictly for quiet, respectful groups. Loud music or disruptive parties are not permitted.
